Terms of Lady Diamond

1. Booking
1.1. You can book an appointment online (Salonized), by phone on 06 45 32 41 09 or by message.
1.2. Before your appointment I may ask you to briefly confirm the time.
1.3. By booking an appointment, you accept the terms below.

2. Deposit for new clients
2.1. For your first appointment I ask for a deposit of 50% of the treatment price.
2.2. After you book, I will send you a payment request via Tikkie. The deposit must be received within 24 hours, otherwise the time slot may be released to someone else.
2.3. The deposit is part of the treatment price: on the day of your appointment you only pay the remaining amount.
2.4. Returning clients, meaning people who have already visited me at least once, do not pay a deposit.

3. Changing or cancelling an appointment
3.1. Rescheduling or cancelling is free if you let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2. In that case I will refund your deposit within 5 working days or transfer it to your new appointment, whichever you prefer.
3.3. In urgent situations (illness, unexpected events), message or call me as soon as possible. I will try to find a solution with you.

4. Late cancellation and no-show
4.1. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not let me know you are not coming, I keep the deposit as compensation for the time reserved for you.
4.2. Returning clients who cancel too late may be asked to pay a deposit at their next booking.
4.3. If this happens several times, I will only book further appointments with full prepayment.

5. Punctuality
5.1. Please arrive on time. If you are late, I will wait for you for up to 10 minutes.
5.2. After that, the treatment may be shortened or postponed. The deposit stays with me in that case, and I will ask returning clients for a deposit at their next booking.
5.3. If you know you will be late, message or call me. We will then decide together what to do.

6. Health
6.1. Before the treatment I will ask about your health, medication, pregnancy and recent sun exposure. Please answer honestly, as your safety depends on it.

7. Payment
7.1. You pay the deposit via Tikkie and the remainder on site after the treatment by bank transfer.

8. Changes
8.1. These terms may change. The version in effect on the day of your booking applies.
